What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and customer acquisition through closing and account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue.
• Act as the primary client contact, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align on customer opportunities.
• Define performance metrics, report on sales impact, and provide feedback to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to take ownership and lead go-to-market efforts from the ground up.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Palo Alto, California.
