Supervisor, Data Center Facilities (AI)

Location: Onsite at the Memphis, Tennessee campus; 24/7 on-call support, extended hours, weekends, and non-standard schedules may be required.

What you will do

• Lead facilities maintenance for an assigned campus area, including offices, support buildings, site infrastructure, and grounds.
• Prioritize work orders, staff maintenance activities, inspect quality, and drive ticket closeout.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair, and assigned soft services such as janitorial work, landscaping, waste, and pest control.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors against scope, cost, quality, and service-level standards.
• Design and execute preventive maintenance programs while minimizing downtime and improving asset efficiency.
• Monitor small construction and site-improvement projects and coach technicians on safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in facilities maintenance or facilities management.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.
• Must be based at the Memphis, Tennessee campus.
• Must be able to provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies and critical facility issues.
• Ability to work in temperatures over 80 degrees when required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Vendor management experience and expertise with work-order or asset-management software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-suppression systems.
• Hands-on technician or tradesperson background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in high-volume, 24/7 environments.
