Data Center Technician (AI/HPC)

Location: Muskogee, Oklahoma, United States; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Monitor and manage data center power, cooling capacity, environmental conditions, and daily service delivery.
• Use CMMS and BMS data to assess infrastructure health and planned or unplanned maintenance effectiveness.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, troubleshoot technical issues, document findings, and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain facility data, work orders, change incidents, operating procedures, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with contractors and support construction, commissioning, facility rounds, safety, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related degree or technical certification is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a data center environment.
• Technical knowledge of electrical distribution, emergency and standby power, HVAC, fire protection, UPS systems, floor and rack PDUs, CRAH units, BMS, and CMMS.
• Algebraic math proficiency, report-writing ability, and the ability to read schematic and architectural drawings.
• Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and standard software programs; networking hardware and protocols are preferred.
