What you will do

• Analyze workforce planning needs to support short- and long-term company decisions.
• Own and automate headcount and workforce reporting through TeamOhana.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Analytics, Finance, and Accounting teams on scalable analysis, KPIs, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of the Pigment financial forecasting system.
• Improve forecasting tools, processes, data integration, and reporting to reduce manual work.
• Support management and Board planning, budgeting, financial strategy, presentations, and key analysis requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
• Experience with financial forecasting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Ability to critically assess processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong Google Workspace knowledge and expert Excel modeling skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve financial processes, reporting, or forecasting efficiency.
