Strategic Finance Manager, Corporate (AI)

Salary: $148,000–$185,000 USD annually, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Analyze workforce planning needs to support short- and long-term company decisions.
• Own and improve workforce planning systems, including TeamOhana, to automate headcount reporting and related processes.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Analytics, Finance, and Accounting teams on scalable analyses, KPIs, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of the Pigment financial forecasting system.
• Enhance forecasting tools, processes, reporting, and data integration to reduce manual work.
• Support management and Board planning, budgeting, financial strategy, and high-priority analysis requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
• Experience with financial forecasting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to critically analyze processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite and expert Excel modeling skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve financial processes, reporting, or forecasting efficiency.
