Principal Solution Architect (Manager, AI)

Location: USA (Remote), United States. Travel is approximately 20% to customer sites, hirify.global offices, and industry events.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a solution architecture team of four direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development.
• Set architectural direction, standards, governance, reference architectures, and reusable solution patterns for AI solutions.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader on complex, high-impact enterprise customer engagements and solution opportunities.
• Review and approve solution architectures, technical proposals, and major design decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, executive stakeholders, and customers to align architecture with business objectives.
• Represent hirify.global in customer executive briefings, industry events, technical forums, workshops, and architectural reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or related roles, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML solutions and architectures for enterprise customers.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML platforms, model training, inference, MLOps patterns, and cloud AI/ML services.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as modern application, data, and integration architectures.
• Strong technical leadership, people management, communication, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
