Workday Compensation Consultant (Advanced Compensation)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota or Charlotte, North Carolina

Salary: $55–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Consult on moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and deliverables.
• Review and analyze Business Execution challenges and contribute to issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences.
• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements in Workday Compensation Review and Advanced Compensation.
• Plan, coordinate, configure, and test solutions to support product delivery and implementation.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in Business Execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• At least one year of experience with Business Requirement Documents, end-to-end testing, Workday, and Workday configuration.
• Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders, capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations.
• W2 employment is required.
