Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; or Nashville, TN. Expected to work from the office 3+ days a week.

Salary: $161,000 - $189,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the Workday platform roadmap, module adoption strategy, and alignment with release cycles.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment across HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent modules.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and APIs.
• Optimize business processes and user interfaces to improve employee and manager self-service.
• Implement and evaluate Workday AI, machine learning, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR technology experience with deep, hands-on Workday configuration expertise.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Workday security models, business process frameworks, and custom reporting.
• Proven experience building integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a proactive, self-starter approach.
• Must be able to work from a hirify.global hub location (Denver, San Francisco, or Nashville) 3+ days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to have

• Workday certification (Pro or equivalent).
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
