Manager, Security Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage security operations, planning, and programs across multiple regional facilities.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, training, post orders, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Oversee contract guard operations and supervise site supervisors and account managers.
• Direct investigations, including scope definition, planning, quality control, case closure, and threat-mitigation recommendations.
• Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Advise regional leadership, provide situational awareness briefings, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing corporate security programs, investigations, audit, compliance, risk, intelligence, or loss prevention.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, variable schedules, and a rotational on-call program.
• Ability to travel and respond to emergency security matters on a 24/7 basis.
• Strong accountability, leadership, planning, supervision, and criminal investigation skills.

Nice to have

• Interviewing and interrogation certification, such as Wicklander-Zulawski, John E. Reid, or SCAN.
• CPP, CFE, CFI, PCI, or other risk and security management certification.
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Familiarity with Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design principles.
