Manager of Security Operations

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $178,000–$209,000 annual cash compensation, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Security Operations team.
• Define security operations strategy and implement robust security protocols.
• Lead incident response from detection and remediation through prevention, including investigations.
• Develop processes, detection strategies, and observability for security events.
• Identify emerging threats and technologies and develop technology-driven risk responses.
• Use AI to improve security operations efficiency and program maturity.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in security and experience leading global teams.
• Strong security operations experience implementing controls in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Experience creating detection and security-event observability strategies.
• Knowledge of security regulations and standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-53.
• Incident response experience, including serving as an incident commander.
• Ability to assess and prioritize technical and business risks and build trusted internal partnerships.
