Health Program Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Specialist

Location: Remote, but candidates are required to live in Florida; the Jacksonville area is preferred.

Salary: $61,232–$104,094 per year

What you will do

• Oversee regional training and technical assistance activities for rural health providers in Florida.
• Coordinate and manage individualized training and technical assistance assignments.
• Support universal technical assistance activities, learning collaboratives, and client meetings.
• Assign and manage the deployment of health delivery subject matter experts.
• Use technology platforms to manage and deliver training resources in multiple formats.
• Support data and evaluation teams with assessment and monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, behavioral or social sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing, coordinating, delivering, and supporting capacity-building programs.
• Experience with health delivery or health system transformation, instructional design, human centered design, and adult learning principles.
• Experience facilitating webinars through online communication platforms and managing multiple technical assistance assignments and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical, documentation, planning, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must live in Florida; Jacksonville-area candidates are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with training and technical assistance technology, including tracking systems, communication systems, and webinar software.
• Experience supporting federal health transformation efforts, including CMS- or HRSA-funded projects.
• Experience working with rural and tribal populations.
• Spanish, Pueblo, Apache, or Navajo language skills.
