Senior Instructional Designer

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary

What you will do

• Design and develop complex instructional materials using blended learning, eLearning, and microlearning methods.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences.
• Support training projects from conception through completion in partnership with the Training Program Manager.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Manage end-to-end training programs, including needs assessment, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-training evaluation.
• Mentor or coach other trainers and learning professionals.

Requirements

• Training experience in a hybrid instructional designer and learning specialist role, including both instructional design and training delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressively responsible experience in a related area.
• Expertise with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning.
• Strong portfolio created with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Advanced facilitation, presentation, analytical, organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with LMS administration and reporting, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Previous experience mentoring or coaching trainers or learning professionals.
