Senior Manager of Public Relations (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California — hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity, bonus, and benefits

What you will do

• Own day-to-day media relations, including proactive pitching, inbound inquiries, and reporter relationship building across AI, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
• Develop press releases, pitches, media kits, talking points, press briefings, and spokesperson opportunities across media, conferences, podcasts, and analyst events.
• Build and maintain targeted media lists covering tier-one business press, technology publications, and semiconductor and infrastructure trade outlets.
• Manage hirify.global's external PR agency by setting priorities, reviewing deliverables, and evaluating performance and strategy.
• Support CEO and executive communications through interview preparation, briefing materials, talking points, speech drafts, and LinkedIn posts.
• Build analyst and influencer relationships, manage third-party content arrangements, monitor coverage and sentiment, and coordinate industry award submissions.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Experience in semiconductors, AI, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage external PR agencies and hold them accountable for results.
• Established relationships with technology reporters at major business and trade publications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including press releases, CEO social posts, and executive interview preparation documents.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives, strong news judgment, and the ability to work resourcefully in a fast-paced startup environment.
