What you will do

• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse insurance policies to determine claim coverage and develop efficient processing strategies.
• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress through clear correspondence.
• Set up claims, appoint contractors, and maintain accurate internal systems.
• Issue payments and arrange settlements while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to team performance and business growth.

Requirements

• Customer-focused communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling challenging conversations.
• Ability to work onsite in Stoke-on-Trent during probation, with hybrid working available afterward.
