SecureView Communications and Network Integration Specialist (SecureView)

Location: Full-time on-site in Columbus, Ohio, or another approved DLA location

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate SecureView communications installations, transitions, upgrades, maintenance windows, and cutovers.
• Install, configure, operate, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data network communications equipment.
• Support switches, modems, controllers, terminals, multiplexers, VPN components, wireless access points, cabling, and related hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, wireless, VPN, terminal communication, latency, and access-path issues using communications test and monitoring equipment.
• Validate secure remote and residential SecureView routing and coordinate issues with DLA security, LAN, WAN, firewall, and systems organizations.
• Maintain network integration diagrams, test results, configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, and transition documentation while providing guidance to support and systems administration personnel.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required.
• Favorable Tier 5 investigation and Critical Sensitive eligibility required.
• Must be a US citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance.
• Must meet applicable DoD 8140 cyberspace workforce, computing-environment, or tool qualification requirements.
• At least five years of relevant communications network experience, including installation and maintenance of voice or data network hardware and software.
• Experience with switches, modems, controllers, terminals, multiplexers, VPNs, wireless access points, network routing, connectivity testing, monitoring equipment, planning, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SecureView, SIPRNet, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networking, TCP/IP, network monitoring, ServiceNow, or government installation support.
