What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers across Presales, Application, and Checkout.
• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for the full enrollment funnel from prospect to policyholder.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and rigorous backlog management.
• Drive product strategy for agents, agencies, and integrated third-party distribution partners.
• Define success metrics, build data-driven feedback loops, and align product decisions with customer and carrier outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, executives, and carrier stakeholders to deliver product improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading and developing product managers.
• Experience building customer acquisition products, application products, or third-party distribution integrations in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or a similar domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance distribution through agent, broker, direct-to-consumer, and integrated partner channels.
• Proven ability to own and scale a major functional area from strategy through execution.
• Daily experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent for research, synthesis, structured thinking, and product work.
• Must be based in the United States and eligible for employment verification through E-Verify.

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience establishing product methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
