Location: New York City
Base salary: $150,000–$220,000 annually for roles performed from New York; the range may vary for California, Colorado, and Illinois.

What you will do
- Drive ideation, strategy, and execution for custom multimodal AI products developed with Life Sciences partners.
- Translate partner business needs and scientific hypotheses into product concepts, product profiles, and roadmaps.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from inception and proof of concept through development, launch, go-to-market, and post-market evaluation.
- Collaborate with medical, AI, translational research, engineering, quality, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders to determine feasibility and execute product plans.
- Lead communication and alignment with Life Sciences partners across product-related workstreams.
- Optimize internal processes to improve product delivery and time to market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
- Experience owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex products in regulated environments.
- At least 2 years of experience managing AI products through the full 0-to-1 lifecycle.
- Extensive customer or partner management experience and strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
- Ability to convert user, customer, and partner feedback into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with molecular biology, translational medicine, and diagnostics.
- Experience working with Life Sciences or Biopharma partners in product management or translational research.
