Salary: $234,100–$351,100 USD per year, with potential bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for global marketing technology products and platforms.
• Partner with Engineering to shape platform architecture, prioritize investments, and balance technical debt with innovation.
• Conduct product discovery with global Marketing teams and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Launch platform capabilities and measure adoption, engagement, business outcomes, and post-launch KPIs.
• Evaluate and pilot assistive AI, agentic marketing, automation, and data enablement use cases.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, redesigning marketing workflows, operating models, and decision rights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, engineering management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience in marketing solutions or a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products or internal platforms and owning multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business.
• Experience with AI-powered products, ML platforms, automation, experimentation, analytics, APIs, and platform thinking.
• Experience scaling globally used products, navigating change, and influencing senior leadership across multiple regions.
