Strategic Finance Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States

Salary: $148,000–$185,000 USD annually for full-time positions in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle.

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis for short- and long-term workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Own and improve workforce planning and reporting tools, including TeamOhana.
• Partner with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Analytics, Finance, and Accounting teams on scalable analyses, KPIs, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of the Pigment financial forecasting system.
• Enhance forecasting tools, processes, reporting deliverables, and data integration to reduce manual work.
• Support management and Board planning, presentations, financial analysis, budgeting, and growth strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance.
• Experience with financial forecasting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to critically analyze processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Strong Google Suite knowledge and expert Excel modeling skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve financial processes, reporting, or forecasting efficiency.
