Scrum Master

Location: Ft. George G. Meade, Maryland; National Capital Region or San Antonio, Texas. U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Facilitate team-level SAFe ceremonies, including stand-ups, iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Extreme Programming practices.
• Identify and remove impediments, facilitate problem-solving, and resolve conflicts.
• Support Product Owner activities, including backlog management and refinement.
• Track and report team metrics such as velocity and burndown.
• Support program-level events and participate in Scrum Master communities of practice.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Agile team experience, including 3 or more years as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent substitution.
• Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environments.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools, plus an understanding of DevSecOps practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
