Delivery Manager (Data Center Physical Security)

Location: United States; regular travel and onsite presence for at least 50% of the time during critical construction and commissioning phases are required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of application.

Salary: $107,100–$133,800 USD base compensation.

What you will do

• Lead physical security projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, project execution, and financial performance.
• Coordinate construction, engineering, procurement, security, IT, operations, and external vendors.
• Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems.
• Resolve project issues, drive mitigation plans, and provide status reporting to the PMO and regional physical security leadership.
• Improve delivery processes and documentation while ensuring quality, operational, and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, information technology, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, or technology projects.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
