Customer Service Representative

Location: In-office role in Starbase, Texas, United States. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am–4pm CST, with occasional evenings until 8pm CST.

Salary: Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience, location, and market dynamics.

What you will do

• Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide compassionate, high-quality service.
• Coordinate interactions between patients and clinical, administrative, and other hirify.global services.
• Process insurance authorizations and collect medical records accurately.
• Build strong relationships with patients and colleagues while identifying ways to improve patient experiences.
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to implement operational improvements.
