Location: Five days onsite at the Denver Tech Center office; this is not a remote position.

Salary: $19.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide healthcare navigation and concierge support through phone, chat, text, and email.
• Source high-quality care providers based on member needs and preferences.
• Answer benefits questions and explain deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums, and financial responsibility.
• Support members with healthcare billing questions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate care by scheduling appointments and arranging ancillary support services.
