Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, USA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year. The role is not bonus-eligible.

What you will do

• Lead client onboarding, production support, and analytics strategy for healthcare payer and provider clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable data solutions.
• Guide secure data ingestion through SFTP, REST APIs, and AWS S3, collaborating on data landing and transformation in AWS, Snowflake, and Trino.
• Join and reconcile datasets, trace data lineage, and maintain documentation of client configurations and data flows.
• Design dimensional models, metrics, and OLAP cubes for cost, utilization, risk adjustment, and quality analytics.
• Support dashboards, troubleshoot data issues, and lead initiatives that improve onboarding, data quality, reporting, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of client-facing consulting, business analysis, or client service experience; SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong healthcare terminology knowledge and experience working with payer healthcare datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including Python data validation, transformation, and automation.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Trino, SFTP, REST APIs, cloud storage, and ticket-based tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
