Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; the role can also be performed at the Denver Campus.

Salary: $272,203.44–$408,305.16 base pay.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategies, and tactics for Network Expansion initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company’s operating rhythm, direction, and business environment.
• Coordinate major business-unit input and translate corporate goals into regional strategies and actions.
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies, innovations, products, and process improvements for regional network expansion execution.
• Conduct performance reviews against business targets and support rapid, financially responsible responses to market changes.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, expansion opportunity identification, IRR modeling, and approval preparation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; equivalent coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may be considered.
• Experience with market opportunities, network expansion, and strategic business development.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant business matters.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and align regional execution with corporate strategy.
