Vice President of ISP

Location: On-site in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $250,000–$310,000+ annually, based on experience

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the ISP business in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
• Lead the design, launch, and growth of fiber, wireless, and hybrid broadband services.
• Drive innovative ISP solutions using fiber optics, 5G, cloud networking, AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary ISP organization and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing agreements, and new market opportunities.
• Establish operational frameworks and KPIs for network management, service delivery, customer support, budgeting, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the ISP or telecommunications industry, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or executive roles.
• Experience leading and scaling high-tech ISP operations from network design through service delivery.
• Deep knowledge of fiber optics, 5G, broadband infrastructure, network automation, cloud infrastructure, and high-tech networking.
• Expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with a record of driving revenue, market share, and profitability.
