Director, Corporate Strategy (Cyber Resilience)

Salary: $168,300–$270,250 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Develop and refine the company’s multi-year corporate strategy with executive leadership.
• Assess market trends, competitive threats, strategic benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
• Build strategic recommendations using financial analysis, customer insights, and market research.
• Prepare executive presentations and Board materials that communicate strategic priorities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to execute strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs, then measure performance and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or corporate development.
• Experience working in or consulting for a publicly traded company; enterprise software, SaaS, data security, or cyber resilience experience is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, long-range strategic planning, analytical, and market-data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities, including experience presenting to executive leadership or Boards of Directors.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
