Salary: $145,000 – $175,000 Annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead a core engineering KM support team to execute projects aligned with Engineering Council priorities.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year KM strategies to bridge knowledge gaps in key technology areas.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture critical product knowledge via design guides and standards.
• Partner with the Digital Engineering Center of Excellence to ensure knowledge capture is scalable and accessible.
• Define and measure KM effectiveness through metrics and continuous feedback loops.
• Deploy training programs to promote the adoption of KM systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including work with hirify.global products and standards.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience coaching high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage organizational change.
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area or be willing to relocate.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and practices.
• Experience in Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Exposure to AI development and application.
