Salary: $93,392.00–$140,129.60 per year

What you will do

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver medium to large projects from initiation through handoff.
• Manage project objectives, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and project standards.
• Facilitate problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and change management with minimal supervision.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with departments, contractors, and vendors.
• Guide teams in Agile practices, monitor Scrum processes, remove impediments, and support quality and timeliness.
• Coach teams toward greater Agile maturity and support Product Owners with backlog creation and refinement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in project management and business-related activities, or a master's degree and 4 years of project management experience.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and experience building relationships across diverse functions.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum practices.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Education in project management, business administration, or management.
• Certified Product Management, Certified Scrum Master, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, or Certified Scrum Professional certification.
