Sales Operations Associate

Location: Remote, USA; candidates must be based in CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute retail onboarding workflows, including account creation, validation, licensing, contact data, and transaction access.
• Maintain account records, permissions, CRM data, pricing rules, discount structures, and account group assignments.
• Support setup, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and adoption of Marketplace, VMI, BillPay, and hirify.global Connect features.
• Configure retailer enrollments and ordering thresholds, monitor automated ordering issues, and support promotions and sales programs.
• Validate invoices, pricing, discounts, sales rules, brand pages, product information, imagery, and Marketplace listings.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate requests with Finance, Product, CX, Partnerships, Brand Account Managers, Retail Account Managers, and field representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-entry skills; familiarity with CRM, sales operations, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, operational discipline, structured process management, and multitasking ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally and supporting change initiatives.
• Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states.
