Senior Software Engineer (Python/React)

What you will do

• Develop scalable, intelligent systems for the PAT Assist perioperative care coordination solution.
• Learn pre-admission testing workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements.
• Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering teammates and communicate a cohesive product vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product engineering.
• Experience delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
• Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and TypeScript/React.
• Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Systems-thinking ability combined with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Interest in ChatGPT, LLMs, and other generative AI technologies.
• Background in health tech.
