Product Engineer (React/Python)

Location: Based in one of the hubs in London, New York City, San Francisco, or Seattle, with at least 2 in-office days per week; occasional team and company offsites.

Annual base salary: $120,000–$250,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and scale the platform across frontend applications, CLI tools, APIs, and core backend systems.
• Write readable, testable, and efficient code using React and Python or Go.
• Own key features end to end and deliver iterative product improvements with engineering, product, and design partners.
• Evaluate, strengthen, and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
• Improve software quality, automation, continuous delivery, system stability, and performance while reducing technical debt.
• Mentor and coach engineers on system design, problem-solving, and working in high-uncertainty environments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and either Go or Python; Go is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a SaaS technology company.
• Proven ability to own key features and drive end-to-end development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and designers.
