Software Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, secure, user-centric full-stack applications for next-generation platforms.
• Implement fault-tolerant microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern front-end applications.
• Use SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business priorities.
• Write maintainable, performant code and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Backend development experience with Java, Node, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience developing scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, Git, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GenAI tools, SaaS platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience with serverless technologies, event-driven architecture, infrastructure as code, or monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating enterprise platforms.
• Background in media or entertainment.
