Estimated salary range: $135,000 - $155,000 per year (San Francisco or New York City)

What you will do

• Plan, shape, and build new product features from conception through maintenance.
• Drive adoption by instrumenting onboarding moments and iterating activation flows.
• Improve performance, reliability, and polish existing features like spell checker and search.
• Build internal tools to support team productivity.

Requirements

• Must graduate by December 2026 and start full time by January/February 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Previous internship experience.
• Proficiency or working towards proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Passion for web applications and familiarity with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with backend systems and databases like Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Notion’s technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Elasticsearch.
• Interest in the interaction between technology and society.
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
