Senior Sportsbook Operations Executive (iGaming)

Location: Malta/London; office-based role with coverage across evenings and weekends

What you will do

• Monitor sportsbook operations and make key trading decisions.
• Use data to manage the user portfolio and support effective trading outcomes.
• Book sporting events for live betting across football, tennis, horse racing, cricket, and other sports.
• Benchmark market and competitor performance and arrange attractive in-app betting offers.
• Maintain a strong player betting experience using multiple data feeds.
• Help define departmental strategy and collaborate with product, technology, and Customer Experience teams on betting products and player queries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a sports trading role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple sports and UK-focused sports.
• In-depth understanding of fixed odds and core betting principles.
• Experience working with third-party providers.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical skills.
• Excellent organisation, teamwork, proactivity, and flexibility with working hours.
