Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3–4 days per week on-site at the client’s Central London offices in the Euston area

What you will do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests using statistical methods and experimental design.
• Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to client stakeholders.
• Design, build, and optimize semantic data models, dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI.
• Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, security, and dashboard performance while advising stakeholders on analytics matters.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and semantic data models.
• Strong expertise in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, statistical inference, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python for complex data analysis and automation, including pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms such as Databricks.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear visual narratives and manage stakeholder presentations.
• Fluent written and verbal English, autonomy, initiative, and availability for regular on-site work in Central London.
