Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce clear analysis using SQL and Python with guidance from senior analysts.
• Investigate performance trends and identify opportunities to improve the insurance partner panel.
• Use advanced statistical models to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing, and panel performance.
• Work with Commercial and Product teams to provide insights for pricing and product decisions.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to support analysis and reporting while validating outputs with independent judgment.
• Share knowledge and develop analytical best practices within the team.

Requirements

• Some experience working with data through study, placement, or a previous role.
• Foundation in SQL and Python, with interest in developing data visualisation skills.
• Curiosity about analytical and statistical techniques and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into a clear story.
• Comfort using AI tools and checking their outputs critically.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
