Merchanding Operations Manager (Video Games)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid workplace

Company

hirify.global develops and operates video game products including Dead by Daylight and related merchandise.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and manufacturers for merchandise production.
• Negotiate pricing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and supplier terms.
• Draft vendor agreements and issue purchase orders to launch manufacturing.
• Track production schedules and coordinate with creative and e-store teams around product launches.
• Perform quality checks on samples and final production runs against brand and creative guidelines.
• Coordinate shipping, customs and import requirements, and distribution to warehouses.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sourcing, or vendor and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to reach consensus with suppliers.
• Solid task and project management skills across multiple production cycles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve delays and quality issues calmly.
• Collaborative approach to partnering with creative and e-store teams.
