AI Event Supply Specialist (EMEA)

Location: Remote, Montreal, Quebec, Canada; coverage during EMEA business hours is required.

What you will do

• Source and validate supplier rates and availability across EMEA markets, maintaining accurate and responsive marketplace data.
• Manage relationships with hotels, venues, DMCs, caterers, AV providers, and activity partners.
• Monitor marketplace health, supplier response rates, pricing competitiveness, availability, and listing quality.
• Review AI-generated actions and identify pricing outliers, missing information, VAT issues, service charges, currency mismatches, and net-versus-gross rate discrepancies.
• Support supplier onboarding, market expansion, and coverage growth across major and emerging EMEA destinations.
• Improve AI-assisted sourcing workflows, document processes, maintain SOPs, and hand off work effectively across time zones.

Requirements

• Fluent professional English.
• At least one additional European language: French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects with strong organization.
• Experience working with distributed teams and managers across time zones, with proactive written communication.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, process orientation, and willingness to question and verify AI output.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, events, travel, or marketplace operations in EMEA.
• Experience sourcing across multiple countries or currencies.
• Work experience with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
