Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator (Reach & Forklift)

Location: Moreno Valley, California, United States; onsite, Monday to Friday, PM shift

Salary: $22/hour plus bonus eligibility; paid overtime

What you will do

• Operate reach trucks and forklifts for warehouse material-handling activities.
• Execute receiving, picking, staging, shipping, special orders, quality control, and inventory auditing processes.
• Lead initiatives and process improvements across fulfillment-center activities.
• Enforce workplace health and safety best practices.
• Take accountability for operational results and create action plans when targets are not met.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating reach trucks and forklifts in a fulfillment center, warehouse, factory, or other production environment.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license; proof is required.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) in variable temperatures.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in a quality control environment.
