Revenue Manager

Location: Hybrid, with attendance at the Menlo Park or Dublin, California office 3 days per week

Salary: $110,000–$144,900 per year

What you will do

• Review sales contracts and related outcomes in automated systems.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue reconciliations.
• Partner with Professional Services, Deal Desk, FP&A, and other internal stakeholders on revenue accounting processes.
• Design and improve revenue processes, automation, and workflows for new products.
• Prepare revenue-related internal controls and support 10-Q/10-K reporting, quarterly reviews, and annual audits.
• Lead special projects and assist with broader revenue operations responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of revenue recognition experience.
• Experience with SOX control execution and documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SFDC, Workday, another ERP system, or a revenue accounting system such as RevPro or RAR.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification is strongly preferred; Big Four audit experience and ASC 606 expertise are preferred.
