Senior Revenue Analyst

Location: Hybrid in the Menlo Park or Dublin office, 3 days per week

Salary: $110K–$144.9K per year

What you will do

• Review sales contracts and related outcomes in automated systems.
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue reconciliations.
• Partner with Professional Services, Deal Desk, FP&A, and other teams on revenue accounting processes.
• Prepare revenue-related internal controls under SOX 404 requirements.
• Support quarterly external reviews, annual audits, and ad hoc revenue operations projects.
• Contribute to revenue automation, new-product process design, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 4 years of revenue recognition experience.
• Experience executing and documenting SOX controls.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including explaining technical accounting to non-finance colleagues.
• Ability to work from the Menlo Park or Dublin office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Big Four audit experience.
• ASC 606 technical revenue experience.
• SaaS and Workday experience.
• Experience with RevPro or RightRev revenue automation systems.
• CPA certification.
