What you will do

• Own the preparation and review of monthly revenue-related reconciliations, rollforwards, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review journal entries and flux analyses for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and organized workpapers for recurring close activities.
• Lead revenue close deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies.
• Partner with Deal Desk, FP&A, and Legal teams to resolve operational issues and improve process quality.
• Drive efficiency in close activities through standardization and AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition guidance.
• Experience leading recurring close activities and financial analyses in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and analysis of large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience applying ASC 606 and ASC 340-40 in a SaaS environment.
• Background at a Big Four public accounting firm or a high-growth pre-IPO tech company.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Maxio, or FloQast.
• CPA license or active progress toward certification.
