Senior Technical Product Owner (AI)

Location: Remote in Massachusetts; Boston, MA preferred. Remote or hybrid work is available, with occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings.

Salary: $124,800–$171,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap for an AI-powered Next Best Action decision intelligence platform.
• Coordinate data dependencies across clinical, behavioral, web activity, and socioeconomic member signals flowing into the Databricks Lakehouse.
• Manage integration timelines and requirements across digital development, Adobe Experience Platform, and email, SMS, and direct-mail channels.
• Write implementation-ready user stories and acceptance criteria for data engineering, ML engineering, backend, and frontend teams.
• Translate model performance, campaign results, and A/B test outcomes for senior leadership and incorporate operational insights into delivery plans.
• Govern suppression, frequency-cap, consent, and eligibility rules in collaboration with compliance and business owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Product Owner or Technical Product Manager experience on a data-intensive or AI/ML platform.
• Experience managing dependencies across data teams, digital development, and vendor channel integrations.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria across team boundaries, with the ability to interpret schemas and dashboards.
• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform or similar marketing activation tools.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent cloud data platforms.
• Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience involving compliance and member consent.
• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and experiment-based roadmap decisions.
