Product Owner (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid for candidates based in Minneapolis, with regular in-office presence; candidates elsewhere in the United States may work 100% remotely.

Salary: $86,600–$134,200 annual salary

What you will do

• Own delivery of Relationship Center and Testing & Certification products from requirements through release.
• Partner with product managers to translate market and customer needs into product direction for engineering and stakeholders.
• Engage directly with customers and represent the voice of the customer in product decisions.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while clarifying business and customer requirements for developers.
• Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog across multiple product lines and user personas.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering on product designs, enhancements, quality, and Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand customer business problems and make informed feature and delivery trade-offs.
• Ability to create clear product requirements and act as a technical thought partner to software developers.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain roadmap execution.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and product functionality.
