Location: Remote (US applicants only)

Salary: $108,479 - $146,447 Annually

What you will do

  • Maximize product value by managing, ordering, and maintaining a transparent Product Backlog.
  • Develop and communicate the Product Goal, ensuring alignment with the Outcome Based Product Roadmap and OKRs.
  • Define epics and user stories, including detailed Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by interacting with Senior Management, business teams, and external partners.
  • Drive cohesion across the delivery team while participating in all Agile SDLC activities (planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 6 or more years’ experience as a Product Owner with an Agile facilitation background.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum@Scale.
  • Ability to write clear and precise Scrum user stories for development teams.
  • Must be a US applicant.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Product Innovation, Design thinking, or CX/UX.
  • PSM/PSPO or SAFe POPM certifications.
  • Familiarity with working in a SaaS environment.
