What you will do

• Execute procurement activities for mechanical component categories and assigned suppliers, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead annual price negotiations and maintain pricing and item data in ERP and related systems.
• Define and implement supply strategies with supplier quality, logistics, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-term cost reduction, CCC sourcing, supplier footprint optimization, and inventory efficiency initiatives.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor delivery reliability, quality, innovation, lead times, and contractual compliance.
• Provide sourcing insights for sales and cost estimation while identifying and evaluating new suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in category management or sourcing within the industrial sector and international organizations.
• Engineering experience and strong analytical, decision-making, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English is required.
