Interaction Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; DFW Metro preferred. Travel up to 25% across North America.

Salary: USD$78,300–$95,700 per year

What you will do

• Transform complex problems into clear, elegant user experiences for Windows, web, and mobile applications.
• Measure usage patterns and optimize user interfaces and navigation.
• Own and maintain the product design system.
• Create sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including surveys, observational studies, usability testing, and customer research.
• Collaborate with development teams and advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of interaction design experience and a strong design portfolio.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics, interface design, prototyping, interaction design, wireframing, and sketching.
• Excellent visual design skills and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with rapid design tools such as v0, Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, and Replit.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Degree in design or a related discipline, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, anthropology, visual design, or industrial design.
