Interaction Designer (Windows, Web, Mobile)

Location: Remote across the United States and Canada; preference for candidates in the DFW Metro area. Travel of up to 25% across North America may be required.

What you will do

• Design intuitive, elegant, and accessible interaction and interface experiences for Windows, web, and mobile applications.
• Analyze usage patterns and user states to improve navigation, usability, and overall product experience.
• Own and evolve the product design system to improve consistency and design efficiency.
• Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, scenarios, storyboards, specifications, and other design artifacts.
• Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, observational studies, usability testing, and customer research.
• Collaborate with product, research, and development teams to translate user insights and design requirements into working products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in interaction design, UX, UI, or a related discipline, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Degree in design or a related field such as human-computer interaction, psychology, human factors, or visual design.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design best practices, and usability heuristics.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, interface design, prototyping, wireframing, and sketching tools.
• Experience with rapid design and development tools such as v0, Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, or Replit, as well as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, create concise microcopy, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
