What you will do

• Act as the central coordination point across Structuring, Legal, Tax, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Oversee operational aspects of fund structures including share class design, fee structures, and platform configuration.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, GPs, and external stakeholders for operational and product-related matters.
• Manage escalation of complex operational, governance, and product-related issues.
• Lead post-launch product enhancements and support the scaling of the evergreen/direct funds platform.
• Handle AML/KYC questionnaires and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience in product management, fund structuring, or fund operations within private markets.
• Strong experience with Luxembourg fund structures (UCI Part II, RAIFs, or similar).
• Solid understanding of AIFM environments, fund documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Zurich, Lisbon, or London.

• Experience with evergreen or semi-liquid structures.
