Direct Funds Product Manager

Location: Based in Lisbon, Zurich or London; office attendance required four days per week with remote work available on Fridays

What you will do

• Own post-launch product management, lifecycle oversight, and governance for private markets funds across EMEA.
• Coordinate Structuring, Legal, Tax, Operations, Compliance, and Platform teams to translate client, regulatory, and product requirements into execution.
• Oversee share classes, fee structures, reporting requirements, platform configuration, and the operational implementation of fund documentation.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, GPs, service providers, and other external stakeholders on product and operational matters.
• Lead responses to due diligence questionnaires, investor queries, AML/KYC questionnaires, and fund information requests.
• Drive product enhancements, issue resolution, risk tracking, and standardisation across the evergreen/direct funds platform.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience in product management, fund structuring, fund operations, or related private markets roles.
• Strong experience with Luxembourg fund structures, particularly UCI Part II and RAIFs.
• Strong understanding of private markets fund structures, lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and fund documentation.
• Familiarity with AIFM environments and key service providers, including administrators, depositaries, and auditors.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments, resolve non-standard time-sensitive issues, and oversee operational risks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with evergreen or semi-liquid fund structures.
• Exposure to cross-border product structuring and multi-jurisdictional setups.
