Senior Product Manager (Subscriptions)

Location: London office or remote within the UK, with ad hoc meetings in London at least monthly. Relocation to the UK is supported.

Salary: £100,000–£125,000 depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentive awards.

What you will do

• Build the product vision and strategy for the Subscriptions area in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Lead the development and growth of subscription products including Extra, Perks, and Max.
• Communicate product vision and provide the right context to stakeholders at the right time.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Define, deliver, and measure the impact of customer-focused product experiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager leading high-performing teams to ship products at a fast-growing company.
• Track record of leading consumer initiatives that create significant customer and business value.
• Data-driven and commercial approach, including collaboration with machine learning experts or data scientists to define metrics and run experiments.
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to motivate and align diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work from within the UK and attend London meetings at least monthly.
