Salary: $106,400–$141,900 per year in the United States, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise initiatives across financial systems, operations, and internal tooling.
• Own initiatives from business case development and requirements through technology evaluation, launch, success measurement, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Translate complex finance, business, and technology requirements into an aligned product strategy.
• Modernize legacy back-office processes through AI-enabled tools, automation, and workflow redesign.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
• Partner directly with senior Finance and Operations stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Track record of leading enterprise or back-office product initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles in finance-related or enterprise systems domains.
• Ability to partner with Finance and Operations leadership and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong Agile fundamentals and experience with product portfolio management.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and business executives.
